• FIRST LEGO League Competition Sets

In this video tutorial, we focus on M10 of the FIRST LEGO League 2023-2024 MASTERPIECE Challenge competition. We use the Chain Monster, a LEGO Education SPIKE Prime robot, equipped with a three-axle attachment. The mission's objective is to lift the sound mixer sliders and position them precisely to score the maximum points. While the mission may seem challenging at first, once you understand how the attachment works and how to properly connect it to the robot, it becomes a breeze. Let’s give it a try!

In this video tutorial, we focus on accomplishing M04, M14, and M15 of the FIRST LEGO League 2023-2024 MASTERPIECE Challenge competition. We use the MiniBox, a LEGO Education SPIKE Prime box robot equipped with several attachments. The goal of the robot is to deliver the LEGO mini figures to their designated place and then press down the M03 platform to trigger the immersive experience for the viewer in the mission model.

The side attachment uses a gear mechanism to press down a lever and drop the mini figures with loops. It has a more advanced construction with a special lock to prevent the attachment from rotating when mounting it on the robot. Pay attention that the lock should be removed before the start of the run.

We use a special construction to help us align the robot in the base to ensure the robot starts from the same place every time.

In this video tutorial, we demonstrate how to complete M12, M13, and M15 of the FIRST LEGO League 2023-2024 MASTERPIECE Challenge. We use the MiniBox, a robot built from LEGO Education SPIKE Prime.

To complete the missions, the robot rotates the chicken to trigger the M12 Virtual Reality Artist, pushes the M13 Craft Creator to release the creation, and collects the M15 LEGO minifigure. After completing all tasks, the robot detaches its attachment and leaves it on the field for a faster change at the base. Let's take a look!
