FIRST LEGO League (FLL) is the most popular LEGO Mindstorms Robotics Competition. Each year the season starts in Augusts and completes by May. We've created a lot of resources for FIRST LEGO League to help teams prepared, learn and have fun. Here are most of the tutorials, building instructions and courses for FLL
Here we collect resources that are common for most LEGO Mindstorms robotics competitions. The resources here could be used for FLL, WRO, general line following, sumo and many more.
Learn how to build LEGO robots and win the FIRST LEGO League competition.
Using LEGO Mindstorms EV3 and NXT robotics kits we give curriculum ideas, share professional experience and teach students to think and develop as engineers. The goal of this category is to group specific examples from specific missions.
Contains resources for LEGO Mindstorms competitions. There are many LEGO competitions using EV3, NXT and RCX robots. These competitions have some similarities, but could be quite different in general. Most popular are of course FIRST LEGO League and World Robotics Olympiad.

Many teams have followed the same idea as the ELM team. To build a LEGO Mindstorms attachment for the robot and to lift the truck very lightly. In this way they could more the truck and place it in the special region. See what the ELM idea was.
This video tutorial is part of the 10 out of 10 series at FLLCasts and we will demonstrate how to accomplish the FIRST LEGO League 2020 RePlay competition mission called Innovation Project. Our goal is to push the construction to the require place on the field. What you will learn with this tutorial is how to place a random construction in the base and push/pull it to a place on the field 10 out of 10 times.
In this video tutorial we accomplish the Innovation project mission from the FIRST LEGO League 2020 RePlay competition. The goal of the mission is to build a new construction on the day of the competition and to complete a mission with this new construction. There are a couple of spare parts in the FLL set and building the construction for the innovation project was quite fun.
This LEGO robotics video tutorial is a 10 out of 10 run of the one of the most complex missions at the FIRST LEGO League 2021 RePlay competition. As the mission has three parts we are measuring the success rate of each part of the mission. What you can learn from this tutorial is how to achieve three missions in a single run including line following and a lot of aligning
In this video tutorial we accomplish the Boccia mission from the FIRST LEGO League 2020 RePlay competition. We use LEGO Mindstorms Robot Inventor robot. In this mission we use an attachment that does three things in the same time - align, push one lever and drop a couple of boxes in a target. It is a complex attachment and it is worth the watch.
The goal of the Innovation project mission is probably to give everybody an easy win on the competition. A mission that does not require an attachment or a complex program and it the same time is quite interesting. In this video tutorial you will see our robot and our innovation project construction, along with how we complete the mission. Hope you like them!
10 out of 10 for the innovation project mission is quite interesting - move forward, return, move forward, return. In the tutorial you will see how we accomplish the mission every team and how the program is repeatable
This is a 10 out of 10 video recording about the FIRST LEGO League 2020 RePlay competition and the mission called Boccia Target. We are using LEGO Mindstroms Robot Inventor. The 10 out of 10 recording shows how reproducible the solution to the mission is. You will see a demonstration of a complex attachment that does 3-4 things at once - it alights, pushes, drops, which are all things that are commonly seen at FLL competitions.
The robot moves your Innovation Project onto the RePLAY logo or the gray area around the bench (M04).
Only one counts per stack
If an Upgrade (solar panels, roof garden, insulation) is Independent, and Supported only by a Stack which is at least partly in any Circle:

Bring the blocks to a specific place on the field in a specific way
score one or the other
If there is a team-designed Structure clearly bigger than a Blue Building Unit, built only from your white LEGO bricks
Note: Design and build your own Structure before you compete, then bring that to each Match. You don’t build it during the Match.
Note: Your mission 11 Structure needs to be built from Bag 10 elements only. It can include the red and gray elements. Not all of the Bag 10 elements need to be used.

Factories use large amounts of energy to make the products we use such as toys.
Deliver energy units to the toy factory bin and release the mini dinosaur toy.
Surplus renewable energy can be used to convert water into hydrogen gas that can be stored in tanks until it is needed.
Deliver energy units to the hydrogen plant target area.
Electronic devices like toys require energy to work. Rechargeable batteries are a more sustainable choice than disposable batteries.
Insert an energy unit or a rechargeable battery into the dinosaur toy to make it work.
Solar energy can be stored using new concentrating solar power technologies and then used to generate electricity.
Start the distribution of the energy units by moving them off their positions on the mat.
Having a package delivered to your doorstep is awesome! Packages can be transported safely, on time, and to your door.
Load cargo containers safely and efficiently
Connect cargo to all forms of transportation. Make as many connections as you can and transport your cargo by land, sea, or air to its destination!
Shipping efficiency increases by filling the empty container with cargo before transporting it.
Transporting large items can lead to unexpected problems, like maneuvering around a chicken statue along the way. It is important to plan ahead so nothing is damaged and your cargo arrives safely.
