These are 3D Building Instructions for the Theater Scene Change mission model for the FIRST LEGO League 2023-2024 MASTERPIECE competition.

This is the robot that we use to demonstrate a solution for competition. This is a Post season solution. We never release any solutions during the season as this will have a negative impact on the competition. But after the competition we try to make a review and to see how we could have accomplish it. Our goal is to be better for next year.

This robot is quite powerful. The attachment mechanism on the front is one of a kind as it can do several things with a single motor: it can lift, it can unlock, it can grab. All of this thanks to the unique mechanism of gears

This module is made as a grabber that uses a cool mechanism to catch things vertically. It is powered by a medium motor. The grabber is used in Earl Bot - Grabbing and Clearing LEGO Mindstorms Robot without wheels.

Background

Our Lander doesn’t have working parachutes, thrusters, or cushions, but one important feature is realistic … it’s very fragile.

Mission

Get the lander to one of its targets intact, or at least get it to base.

Scores

• Move the lander to be intact, touching the mat, and completely in its target circle: 22 OR
• Move the lander to be intact, touching the mat, and completely in the northeast planet area: 20 OR
• Move both parts of the lander completely into the base: 16
• Possible scores: 0, 16, 20, 22

Scoring Requirements

• The result must be visible at the end of the match.
• The lander is “intact” if its parts are connected by at least two of its four tan location axles.

Building instructions for the One Attachment. Built from LEGO Mindstorms EV3 parts and with an Ultrasonic sensor we've used this attachment to accomplish most of the missions at FIRST LEGO League 2013.

Do you have a friend for a sleepover? This might be the perfect robot for you! It is a football gate, guarded by Fint, the goalkeeper robot. You can control him, by using the remote controller, that consists of two Touch Sensors. Take turns making penalty shots and have a blast with this awesome robot!

What we recommend:

• Using a big LEGO wheel from your set as a football ball.
• If you throw the wheel too fast for the robot to catch, increase the distance between the place you shoot the ball from and the robot.

This is a very funny robotics hand with 3 fingers that you could put on your hand to "Rule the World". It's funny to control it with the touch sensors.

Building instructions for the most simple grabber using just one Large EV3 LEGO motor. It has one static lever and one active lever.

Probably the simples trick for pinless attachments that we've found. It is a construction build in just three steps. Simple as that. But it has a lot of potential to teach you how to use pinless attachments. Pinless attachments are very useful during FIRST LEGO League and World Robot Olympiad competitions.

This is the third type of an active geared attachment. "Active" means that is is power by a motor. "Geared" means that it uses gears. "Reusable" means that you can easily extend the attachment with additional parts - eg - you can reuse it. It shows a basic principle of how power is transferred between different axles that have different orientation in space - like when one of the axles is horizontal and the other is vertical. It's built with LEGO Education SPIKE Prime parts and could be used in competitions in robotics like FIRST LEGO League/World Robotics Olympiad and others. It's designed for Luly, small LEGO Education SPIKE Prime competition robot with 3D building instructions. Check the courses in which this attachment is used for more information and tutorials on how to use it.

This is the Prime Power Switch mission as we've designed it for FLLCasts Off-season Challenge. It it a useful mission to accomplish with different attachments and approaches. The mission is to rotate the lever of the mission model.

This is the attachment to accomplish Fll 2019 M06 mission with the Whakatae. You can see how to attach the attachment to the robot in this tutorial to do.

Mintonette comes from the first iteration of Volleyball with the same name.

The robot uses two EV3 Touch sensors to control the turret left and right. It uses the EV3 Color sensor to trigger the shooting mechanism, which consists of an EV3 Large motor which pulls a lever to shoot a ball.
