LEGO MINDSTORMS EV3

A robot a 'day'. Finish the construction yourself. Attach wheels
There are constructions, especially on our platform, that you could build partially and then experiment with different ways to complete them. This is a very good exercise for creativity. It is sometimes difficult to build a whole robot from scratch, but finishing the robot with a few wheels and attachments is doable.

Crossed lines (T Sections). Positioning. Part 1.
How do you detect a cross-section and move from following the main line to following the crossing line. In this series of video tutorials we are starting with a very simple solution that could work in most of the cases. It is especially useful for the FIRST LEGO League Trash Trek competition where there is such a section.

- ако роботът е върху черната линия, трябва да се движи напред;
- ако роботът е извън нея, трябва да завие към нея.

Pinless Flywheel and Rubber band attachement for LEGO Mindstorms robots
Kiril Mitov's most favourite attachment. To quote him "I had a really great fun building this attachment and recording the videos for it".
It's an attachment with a Rubber band and a Flywheel and a Gear Wheel and a Worm Gear. So much knowledge in just one small attachment. The goal of the attachment is to be able to have an active attachment without actually having a motor. So you can place that attachment and it will do the work for you instead of using a motor to power it.
Build with LEGO Mindstorms EV3 set.
When placing the rubber bands check out the tutorials
Placing the white rubber band is shown at https://www.fllcasts.com/tutorials/105-rubber-band-attachment-with-a-flywheel-solving-fll-2014-search-engine-part-2 at around 05:40.

Ultrasonic Sensor. Simple follow a wall (part 1)
This tutorial is about how to follow a wall with an ultrasonic sensor. The example is with a border from a FIRST LEGO League (FLL) competition, but could also easily be applied to other competitions and problems.
