User types in a subscription

Subscriptions have two types of users in them.

1. "User" - users with this type are the actual users that are part of the subscription. They get access from this subscription.

2. "Owner" - users with this type do NOT get access from the subscription. They are only in this subscription, so that they can manage it. This feature is often used by teachers that want to have a subscription for their students/team, but they don't want to be in the subscription, because they have a separate Teacher subscription.

Note: As is often the case in subscriptions that are for a single person, one user can be BOTH a user and an owner in the same subscription (just add him twice with different roles each time). That way he has access from the subscription and can manage it at the same time.
