General Programming of the Game. Robotics Game of Life.
In the current course we would use a number of languages. Generally we would program the robots in EV3-G, but we would also program them in JavaScript to make the parallel with the JavaScript. The programming would include arrays, switches and loops.

Iknathir - LEGO Mindstorms EV3 aircraft carrier robot
Iknathir from armenian means aircraft carrier.
The robot is made to resemble an aircraft carrier. It shoots paper airplanes using two fast spinning wheels. The wheels are connected to a gear up mechanisms which are connected to two Large motors. The motors themselves are connected to a medium motor, which allows them to move towards and outwards the plane so when they reach it, they are spinning at full speed. The plane is placed on a runway which leads it to launch successfully. On the side of the robot, there is a lever with a gyro sensor, which is used to trigger the launching mechanism.

Attachments for Box Robot for Robotics Competitions. Passive attachments
Without the use of any motor, you can still accomplish a number of missions using passive attachments. You can still pull/push on different levers using only a beam or two connected to the frame.

How is the Telephone Game influenced by the light in your room?
The telephone game played with LEGO Mindstorms EV3 robots relies on the Color Sensors and the detection of colors. Sometimes the robots won't work. They could be influenced by a number of factors like the position of the sensor and the lighting in the room. This tutorial is a demonstration on how to account for and resolve this issue.

Ways to avoid tumbling of an unbalanced robot
Discuss with students the ways to change the construction of the robot, so that it doesn't tumble after a sudden change in speed. Let the students give suggestions and repeat the good ones out loud so that everyone hears them.
Stay open-minded to original solutions. In the beginning, we knew of three solutions, then our own students came up with two more, resulting in five solutions so far. Here they are:
