We calculate the number of rotatios when a gear system is involved. The driving wheel will have to do a number of rotations for the driven wheel to rotate to a desired number of degrees. In our specific case when the driven gear wheel is rotate to about 90 degrees the legs will lift the robot.
Building instructions for a LEGO Mindstorms EV3 robot where the motors are at the back of the horizontally placed brick and they are placed vertically. This construction is difficult to turn with but at the same time is quite high and could be used as a base for different trucks or animals.
This program demonstrates how to use a tree of switches to recognise a pattern and offers a unique password protection for each one of them vie special MyBlock, that can be copied for every new added user.
Think of an attachment that leaves the Gecko on the mission model. Don't use the robot attachment that we already have. Just the box robot and the gecko. Nothing should support the Gecko when it is hanged on the mission model.
With the EV3 Mindstorms set you receive three motors. Two are large and one is medium. These three motors could be used in different configurations and in this video we show how to use the motors on the second box robot for competitions that we build.
