When organizing this course, it is important to set clear behavior expectations from the very beginning.
What we expect from students
Here are some of the expectations we share with students:
Students take initiative and ask questions when they need help or are curious;
Students mark tasks as completed on their own;
Students feel free to experiment with their robots and try new ideas;
Students work in pairs or teams and share the work fairly;
Students read lessons and watch videos before coming to class;
These expectations should be clearly explained during the first lesson. This helps students understand what is expected of them and how to behave in class. You may need to gently remind them of these expectations when needed.
