The single motor movement block is the first in the blue Motors section.

This block moves only one motor for a certain amount. It has four settings:

The first one is the port where the motor connects to the hub.

The second one is the direction you can set it to go forward or backward. If you set the amount of movement to negative, that will also change the direction, so be careful which method you're using!

The third one is the amount of movement, where you can set how long you'd like your robot to move.

The fourth one is the measuring unit of the movement, which has three options: rotations, degrees, and seconds. One rotation is a full circle of the motor and equals 360 degrees. Seconds is a less accurate option because it doesn't care if the motor has reached its endpoint. All it does is measure the time. It's useful when the motors get stuck while moving for degrees or rotations.
