To successfully accomplish M13 Change Shipping Lanes, the ship must be in the new shipping lane, touching the mat.
The easiest way to do this is to use a four-beam construction to rotate one beam around another while maintaining its orientation using an active attachment. This construction should have a two-pronged fork or a similar mechanism that can be placed under the yellow levers to move the ship to the other lane.
