Frequently Asked Questions

  • What are people saying about FLLCasts?

Don’t just take our word for it — visit the Testimonials and see what our community has to say.

  • Is there a Money Back Guarantee?

Yes! All plans come with a 7-day money back guarantee. Learn more here.

  • How can I pay?

    • Credit card
    • Paypal
    • Wire Transfer (Team and School)
  • Do you offer any free building instructions I can try out??

Yes! Every building instruction comes with a preview, and we’ve also prepared 10+ free building instructions for robots that you can explore right now.

  • Do I lose money when upgrading? Why is the price different?

No — you don’t lose money. When you upgrade your plan, the charge is prorated. This means we discount the amount you’ve already paid from the cost of the new plan.

Example: You purchased the Compete plan on January 1. On February 1, you decide to upgrade to a Teach at School plan. Since you already used 1 month, we credit you for the 11 months left on Compete. This amount is deducted from the Teach at School Plan price — so you only pay the difference.

  • Why is the duration of the "Compete" and "Teach at School" plans one year?

Because real learning takes time. A week is enough to test things out, but not enough to truly build, practice, and grow. That’s why our plans are yearly.

With a full year, you (or your students) have the chance to explore tutorials, follow ready-to-use programs, try different building instructions, and dive into the theory behind them. We want you to have the time to experiment, learn at your own pace, and see real progress.

And don’t worry — if you feel it’s not the right fit, our money-back policy has you covered.

  • How can I request more students for Team Up and Teach at School plans?

Just email us at team[at]fllcasts[dot]com with the number of students/teachers you’d like to add and who will purchase their subscriptions. We’ll send the links, update your subscription, and you’ll be able to group them, collaborate, and track their progress.

  • What will I have access to?

    • 150,000+ pages of robot building instructions
    • 3000+ minutes of tutorial videos

Testimonials

Cheri Withers, USA, October 2025

Thanks for providing awesome content!

Kimberly Witt, USA, September 2025

I think it is great resource, but my kids are no longer doing FLL and I am no longer coaching.

Jeff Shen, USA, September 2025

Thank you for your email and for the support FLLCasts has provided. I think the building guides and programming challenges were the most valuable to us, especially for mixed-level teams. We appreciate the resources you’ve created and wish you continued success with the FLLCasts community. Best regards, Jeff

Sarah Gerber, USA, June 2025

This was a very valuable resource for our team the past year. However, my team is moving to new robotics opportunities and we will no longer be participating in FLL. In the event we start up again, we will subscribe to a new plan.

Jon Lai, USA, May 2025

I am a mentor of a team that have just finished their first year in competitive robotics. I'd like to thank you for the wonderful materials you have! You are helping us a lot! Keep up!
