Crater Crossing. Mission 04 from FIRST LEGO League 2018-2019 Into Orbit challenge
Background
For rovers in other worlds, getting stuck is definitely not okay! Teams of rovers can help each other, but a lone rover needs to be very careful.
Mission
The robot or whatever agent-craft it sends out needs to cross the craters model completely, by driving directly over it. Not near it. Not around it.
Scores
- Robot or agent-craft crossed the craters model completely: 20
- Possible scores: 0, 20
Scoring Requirements
- All weight-bearing features of the crossing equipment must cross completely between the towers. > Only allowed method. Must be observed by the referee.
- The crossing must be from east to west, and make it completely past the flattened gate. > Only allowed method. Must be observed by the referee.

FLL 2017: How to accomplish Manhole Cover (08th) Mission in FIRST LEGO League 2017-2018
As we are already off the season we decided to look back at the competition. First, we will take a look at the working solution for FIRST LEGO League 2017 Manhole Cover. This was generally accepted as one of the most difficult missions during the competition. We've built a single attachment to accomplish it.

Crossed lines (T Sections). Positioning. Part 1.
How do you detect a cross-section and move from following the main line to following the crossing line. In this series of video tutorials we are starting with a very simple solution that could work in most of the cases. It is especially useful for the FIRST LEGO League Trash Trek competition where there is such a section.

Module With Aligning Attacher for M08 - Aerobic Exercise

Box Robot Two. Transferring power from the motors.
The robot uses one middle motor. This middle motor with the use of a few gear systems controls for different axsels. We have attached wheels on this axles so it is very easy to extend the robot construction for additional LEGO Mindstorms active attachments
